Gunner is the Head of our Aces Coaches, but also serves as the Head Coach of our 13U & 14U teams. He is known for his unmatched passion for the game and a deep commitment to player development. A former collegiate pitcher at Northern Oklahoma College (NOC) and Southern Nazarene University (SNU), Gunner brings firsthand experience, discipline, and competitive edge to his coaching philosophy. His approach centers on developing not only athletic skill but also the right mindset-fostering discipline, resilience, and a team-first attitude in every player. With a relentless drive to grow the game and those who play it, Coach Phillips continues to shape athletes into high-character competitors both on and off the field.
