WINTER WORKOUT CAMP
registration begins 10/20/2025!
Our winter workout camp is designed to focus on player development in the off-season. Winter workout camps have 3 scheduled 1.5hr workouts per week. Participants can make as many or as few as they would like to make. Each session focuses on a different aspect of the game, whether it's conditioning, strength training, fielding, hitting or position specific. Our professional coaches are setting up off-season training they same as it was for them when they played in college. Camps will also have less focus on throwing, to give arms a rest... so don't expect to be doing long toss three days a week during the winter! We will have footwork drills, hitting drills and lots and lots of reps. There are at least three coaches at each session and from time to time some of our High School players join in and talk to our middle-school players about what to expect next year!

December 15, 2025 - Jan 25, 2026 (six full weeks of camp)
9U - 11U - M-F 5:30 to 7PM
12U - 14U - M-F 7PM to 8:30PM
(Most weeks, sessions are Mon, Wed and Thurs but can change based on coach availability. Thursday sessions will move to Saturday 10:30-Noon and 1PM until 2:30 when the weather looks great for outdoor work!)

$360, for the entire camp, up to 18 different 1.5 workouts!
