JR ACES
Our Jr. Aces program is designed to provide young baseball players the instruction and training necessary to transition from league play to tournament play. Jr. Aces will have two training session per week with our coaches at our training facility and will participate in a local competitive league to further develop and hone their skills. This is the start of developing a strong baseball IQ for players. Cuts, rundowns, and defensive situations are the core focus for Jr. Aces. After a season in our Jr. Aces program, most young players are ready for the demand and competitive level for tournament teams at a "AA" level. This is where we lay the ground work for a life-long love of the game. Additionally, those players who are advancing rapidly will have opportunities to pickup with tournament teams in our Aces program to give them additional opportunities to play at a move competitive level. Jr. Aces compete in the 9U - 12U age groups.
aces
Our Aces program is our core program centered around young baseball players who are ready for or already playing at a select baseball level. Aces teams are tournament only teams who play at the "AA", "AAA" or Majors level. The Aces program is focused on situational baseball. In their two practice sessions per week, players will participate in structured practices that dive deeper into the situational play of the game. In this program practice time will devote equal time to position play, situational play and team play. Players will work on pickoffs, advanced cuts, double cuts as they prepare themselves for middle school and high school baseball. In addition to the opportunity to "play up" on higher level teams in the program, those players showing the skills to play at higher levels, might be promoted to a team established at a high competitive level. Teams at the 13&14U levels will begin to work with pitch coms and "Game Day Signals" to advance their play to the next level.
aces elite
Aces Elite is dedicated to players playing for their High School teams. We know players transitioning from middle-school or select play to High School play often don't receive the same playing time. In our Aces Elite program, we strive to setup our teams so that we have the right number and positions so that players gain additional reps at their position. In addition to guaranteed playing time, players also receive instruction on NCSA profiles, social media posts, college recruitment letters and what coaches are looking for on, and off the field. Aces Elite teams have slots for "PO's" (Pitcher Only) and we work to provide an experience that is demanding, but void of the stresses that follow playing ball at a high school level. In this program our coaches have been where all our players hope to be some day, so they are as much mentors as they are coaches. Here we look to ensure that players are hearing feedback that will help them make gains in their school ball play. Pitcher are allowed to struggle at times, players will make errors, as our coaches are focused more on how players handle adversity than wins and losses. Our coaches know, no one ever cared about whether their team won or lost when they were being recruited, they just knew they were watching them and how they handled prep, play and adversity on the field.
